IT Development & Operation Services. |
As the Prime Contractor, MASON supports the Office of the CIO with SME level services including network engineering and support, data architecture and database administration, systems administration, and full software development in a mixed Microsoft SQL, .NET, Linux and Oracle environment. Our engineers, administrators, and developers support a hybrid on premise data center and AWS cloud-based data center and manage all data and user interfaces for several NTIS Federal clients, as well as the back -up facility located in Boulder, Colorado.

Systems, User & Operational Support. |
As the Prime Contractor, MASON provides support and operational services for maintaining the “Summer Meals Site Finder” (SMSF) data and site. Our professionals process all SMSF requests, provide all systems and user support, and perform all system import/export activities required to keep the system current. Our team also produces numerous activity reports and statistics for USDA management reviews.

Network & Unified Communications Engineering & Support. |
As a 1st Tier Subcontractor, MASON supported all engineering and implementation activities for FDA's standardized Unified Communications and Collaboration services enterprise-wide. Our engineers and field managers, completed several remote installations, and participated in customer program reviews for scheduling and tracking all project timelines and budgets. We worked closely with the Prime contractor and executed as a seamless team to complete all tasks and deliverables.

SAP Success Factors Development & Support. |
As a 1st Tier Subcontractor, MASON supports CMS's Office of Human Capital (OHC) strategy to modernize workforce analysis and reporting capabilities and improve their administrative processes by leveraging technology and automation. MASON is implementing and supporting a new SAP Success Factors cloud environment for OHC and providing all training and help desk support for the installation. Our staff works directly with the various business units in CMS to maximize the capabilities and value of the SAP tools for the federal staff.

As a 2nd Tier Subcontractor, MASON supported a full range of on-site IT support services to the US Census Bureau including Identity Management and Domain Services, Mobile and Multimedia Services, and Network Infrastructure Services. MASON also provided full life-cycle support and administration of the USCB network and its domains.
